Roland Herbst’s main areas of practice are litigation and arbitration, corporate law/M&A, civil law, start-ups, and company formations. Roland Herbst represents his clients in all matters of civil and commercial law (among others corporate law, real estate law, medical law, and inheritance law) in court and in front of arbitrational tribunals. He counsels private individuals as well as corporations about the best way of enforcing their claims. Additionally, he handles the strategic planning, coordination, and the judicial representation in major law suits and complex proceedings.
In corporate law, Roland Herbst’s expertise includes transactions of companies, transformations, and structuring, in addition to counselling companies and owners on a regular basis.
