Mag. Czerny studied law at the University of Vienna and, after completing his court internship, worked as an associate in various Viennese law firms and as a legal expert in the legal departments of several companies in the fields of industry and IT.

In June 2015 he passed the bar exam with very good results. Since January 2019, he has been working as associate for aringer herbst winklbauer.

His main fields of practice are civil and contract law as well as tenancy and residential law.
