Mag. Constantin Maetz joined Dr. Stephan Winklbauer’s team in May 2023 as an Associate, specializing in IT law, data protection, artificial intelligence, new technologies and corporate law.

He completed his law studies at Johannes Kepler University Linz in early 2021, specializing in corporate law. In his thesis in 2020/21, he addressed the topic of “Artificial Intelligence in Intellectual Property Law,” one of the most relevant topics in IT law today.

During his studies, he also gained valuable experience as a student assistant in the legal department of an IT company and at the law firm of a renowned auditing company. After his court internship, Constantin Maetz worked as an Associate at a renowned Viennese commercial law firm in the field of corporate and commercial law and advised in M&A transactions.

In May 2025, Constantin Maetz passed the bar exam with high marks (Sehr guter Erfolg).
