MMag. Martin Aringer
Martin Aringer main areas of practice are real estate law, M&A/transformation/corporate law, commercial law, capital market law, and foundation law.
With regard to real estate law Martin Aringer mainly counsels real estate developers, building contractors, and investors about the structuring and handling of complex transactions of hotels, rental buildings, and real estates while, at the same time, implementing corporate and fiscal aspects.
In M&A law he covers the entire spectrum of services, starting from legal due diligence ranging to legal issues in connection with financing requirements, handling contractual arrangements of acquisitions, and the restructuring of companies and groups of companies. Related to this, Martin Aringer is also an expert in transformations of companies and advises his clients in matters of commercial and corporate law including drafting and negotiating contracts.
Both, regulatory matters and issues of securities are his main focus regarding capital market law. Martin Aringer substantially contributed, amongst others, to the legal structuring and implementation of the first secured bond entered in the land register in Austria. In foundation law his main focus is the structuring and manifestation of founders’ and beneficiaries’ rights. Additionally, he offers solutions in terms of dissolving foundations.
