Mag. Robert Horner, LL.M.
Mag. Robert Horner, LL.M. joined aringer herbst winklbauer Rechtsanwälte in April 2021 as an associate. He is specialized in data protection law, IT law and European environmental law (climate change litigation).
He studied law at the University of Vienna and went one semester abroad to study at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in Spain. During his studies he already gained experience in the field of legal tech at a renowned Austrian law firm. After his judicial clerkship, he completed a postgraduate Master (LL.M) in International Technology Law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the Netherlands. During this time, he supported a medium-sized company in data protection compliance. Before joining aringer herbst winklbauer Rechtsanwälte, he worked as an associate in a Viennese law firm specialized in data protection law.
